How to Adjust Main Light’s Color & Brightness:
Press the main light button (on/off button) on the lamp head to toggle between 3 color temperatures (6500K, 3000K, 4000K), and for each color, press & hold it to adjust brightness continuously until you get the perfect brightness.

The RGB light, which previously could only cycle through colors, now also allows users to stop it at three specific colors: red, green, or blue. Easy 1-MINUTE Installation
